Throwing crayons is not eco-friendly. I keep them and reuse them throughout these years.

These have been Zach's leftover crayons for the past seven years and this youngest son of mine is turning 10 years old this August.  He started using crayons when he was 1 1/2  and his first crayons were the bigger size which are not there anymore. I also reused ice cream container to keep the crayons. I keep on reusing these Zach's crayons for visual aids in school and for eco-campaign paraphernalia and marking important details on pages of my books or modules.

From flags to bags - Recycling is a fun way to do. It reduces stress, activates creativity and reduces impact on the environment.

These are campaign flags which were left unused due to lack of manpower.

I have sewn the leftover flags into bags manually and use whatever I have in my sewing kit.

Learning to get away with plastic bags does not come overnight. It takes a caring spirit to do it and it is contagious.

This is my cart. I bring NO PLASTIC BAGS at home.

Do you see my cart and those of my best friends? We are at the exit of Hyper Market. We bring NO PLASTIC BAGS at home.

Keeping those reusable bags alive keeps them out of trash bins. Less trash, less harm on the environment.

I am sewing the ripped part of one of my reusable bags which I bought from SM Clark, Pampanga. This is better than the buy and throw attitude.

There are times when plastic bags get into my life inevitably but I make sure that they don't fall right away to the trash can after use.

When it cannot be avoided, I wash plastic bags for future use.

I hang them like clothes to be purified and dried by air and keep them in my kitchen drawer.
